- VeriSeq NIPT v2.0 - lead the product development core team from concept to clinical validation adding state of the art detection capability for genome wide fetal chromosomal anomalies
- Circulating fetal cell - devised methodology and algorithms to determine if a circulating fetal cell isolated from maternal blood is from the current or a historic pregnancy
- Karyomapping - devised algorithms used to automate haplotype inference from SNP genotyping data from embryo biopsies
- VeriSeq PGS - devised the algorithm for aneuploidy calling from low coverage WGS data from embryo biopsies
- 24Sure Single Channel IVF Test - devised new algorithms and experimental workflow to eliminating duplicated reference samples, doubling test sample throughput
- 24Sure IVF Test - design and optimization of a microarray and algorithms for detection of aneuploidy from polar body and embryo biopsies
- BlueFuse Multi - devised algorithms for calling of copy number and LOH abnormalities from joint analysis of log R ratio and b-allele frequency signals. Also developed decision track annotation database and algorithms to migrate findings from analyses performed using GRCh37 annotation into a GRCh38 database
